## Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions **Effective Date:** September 4, 2024 Welcome to our Affiliate Program. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for participating in the program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. ### 1. **Affiliate Program Enrollment** 1.1 To enroll in the Affiliate Program, you must complete the application process and be approved by our team. 1.2 We reserve the right to reject any application if it does not meet our criteria or if we believe the affiliate's content is not aligned with our brand values. ### 2. **Commission Structure** 2.1 Affiliates will earn a **10%** commission on the net sale amount of each qualifying sale referred through their unique affiliate link. 2.2 A "qualifying sale" is defined as a sale made through the affiliate's unique link that meets our criteria, including but not limited to successful payment and non-refund status. 2.3 Commissions will be calculated based on the net amount received after any discounts, taxes, shipping, and handling fees. 2.4 Commissions are only payable on completed sales and will not be earned on purchases made by the affiliate themselves. ### 3. **Payment Terms** 3.1 Commissions will be paid out on a quarterly basis, provided the affiliate’s account has reached the minimum payout threshold of **$20**. 3.2 If the minimum payout threshold is not met, the commission will roll over to the next payment cycle. 3.3 Payments will be made via [PayPal/Bank Transfer/Other], and it is the affiliate’s responsibility to ensure their payment details are accurate and up to date. ### 4. **Affiliate Responsibilities** 4.1 Affiliates are responsible for promoting our products and services through ethical and legal means. 4.2 Affiliates must not engage in misleading, fraudulent, or unethical practices, including but not limited to false advertising, spamming, or misrepresenting the affiliate relationship. 4.3 Affiliates must not use their affiliate link for their own purchases. ### 5. **Promotional Materials** 5.1 We will provide affiliates with approved promotional materials, including banners, text links, and product images. 5.2 Affiliates may not modify or alter the promotional materials provided by us without prior written consent. ### 6. **Termination** 6.1 Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause. 6.2 If the affiliate is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to terminate the affiliate's participation in the program immediately. 6.3 Upon termination, the affiliate will no longer have access to their affiliate account, and any outstanding commissions below the minimum payout threshold will be forfeited. ### 7. **Confidentiality** 7.1 Affiliates must keep all confidential information, including but not limited to commission rates, performance data, and program details, strictly confidential. 7.2 This obligation of confidentiality will survive the termination of this agreement. ### 8. **Modification of Terms** 8.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
